I was working a little on the mill today and there's some water dripping from above. I placed a bucket beneath it.
If you stand at the workbench with the mini lathe you will just feel the splash on the back of your legs. 
This is what happens when our neighbor overfills his tub. Or sink. Or something. If you go upstairs, knock on the door, and tell him he’s causing a leak in the space, he’ll stop whatever it is that’s causing the leak. He’s pretty good doing it when we ask.
