VOTE to resolve conflicting Bylaw Amendments

This year we have two competing bylaw change proposals. The bylaws have no way to resolve a pair of conflicting bylaw changes if both receive 2/3 of the ballots cast during the election.

In order to resolve the conflicting bylaw changes the Hive13 board of directors and officers propose this additional dependent vote.

DO NOTE: This vote only takes effect, If and Only If both bylaw changes regarding Voting receive 2/3 of the ballots cast during the 2019 annual election.

Which proposed bylaw change should be selected if both receive 2/3 of the ballots cast.

I’m confused on what you mean here? So is this a check which change do you perfer on top of 2 seperate vote yes or no, one for each version?

We have two proposed changes to the votes section which are mutually exclusive. This is a vote expressing a preference for which should take precedence in the event that both of them pass. If only one, or neither, passes then this vote would be irrelevant.
