Hey everyone,
Next Tuesday we will vote on extending the area warden program for another 3 months. Everything will stay the same as the first proposed program: the areas, the budget, the reimbursement, etc.
The only things changing are: the COO is now in charge of the program (instead of the president), and there will be one “head warden” appointed from existing wardens to be the other check/balance on approving things to buy from the budget.
NOTE: The permanent installation of the program will wait until the annual meeting during elections and the full bylaw review, as it will require a special meeting anyway.
