VOTE: Makita 12" Compound Sliding Miter Saw - $1,000

Overview: Proposal to procure a new Makita 12” Compound sliding miter saw for the woodshop to replace the current DeWalt. In addition to the outstanding maintenance issues the current DeWalt has very poor dust collection and has no laser or LED Shadow indicator (Big quality of life feature).
