With the first of the tables essentially done, I have come to realize I underestimated how much varnish the MDF table tops would absorb and how much paint it would take to paint the frames.
There is not quite enough left in the table budget for me to get enough paint and varnish to coat all of them, so this vote is for an additional $200 to cover:
- two gallons of danish oil
- one gallon of black paint for the frames
- one quart of yellow paint for the paper roll brackets
- a box of paint brushes
The paint and brushes will also be used to finish the big Hive13 sign for outside.
The vote for this will be on March 5th, 2019.
