Looks great! Thanks for working on this.

Is this a vote?

This is a step further on the plan. Whatever we come up with by Monday I’ll put together and send out as a FOR VOTE and then we’ll have a final vote on the meeting on 2019-05-14.

So what I am curious about is what here is repairs and what here is “upgrades”? I know the fan bracket is damaged but as far as I am away that is it correct? The fan bracket can also be 3d printed out of a high temp material such as nylon for alot cheaper. Even if not that part should be part of the warden’s budget.

Once we arrive at the finalized list of changes Mr. Walsh can decide what he wants to do on his budget and we can take the rest for vote.

Yes we can look into using the warden budget, but I think it may be easier to just do a ~$150 3D printer repair/tweak vote so we don’t get into splitting hairs on what is what. I have limited time to invest in categorizing stuff and doing multiple purchases.

Again, I am gonna ask what here is repairs and what here is “upgrades”?

Daniel, depending on your point of view, it could all be considered an “upgrade” since technically you can get prints from the printer as it sits now, but from how it has been explained, this is all catching up on some needed deferred maintenance.

It seems reasonable, and doing it as a vote is cleaner than trying to fit in in the $250/month warden budget that is shared with all the other areas of Hive13.
