TW got back to me this morning and the tap change should happen
sometime today or tomorrow. this is a construction thing on TW's end,
so no one needs access to the space yet.
once the tap change is done, i can set up our actual install date,
which will require some one to be at the hive, but that won't be until
next week at the soonest.
