I forgot that I stopped by Building Value Friday and looked at the tankless water heater.
It is a Eemax EX480T6. It is 3 phase.
I think new it is about $3,000 but I’m not sure if we can support it.

Too bad. I was looking forward to having more than a quart of hot water at a time.
we can still put a request in for a hot water heater from the Building Value guy.
We could also just buy a bigger one ourselves.
