Hey, one thing… there are now high quality diamond wheels, which produce far less hazardous dust if I recall correctly than traditional wheels. Likely worth considering. If I recall, the cost was not insignificant… but the base wheel was metal, and also not as likely to shatter as a traditional wheel. And if somebody forgets to turn on the chuck… whoa! watch out. Stuff flies everywhere.
