Hivecrew,
I am on the phone with THE eric goodwin (professional cabler
extrodinaire) who would love to get our wiring terminated into our
rack/cabinet. He's working 40 hours a week and going to school and
would love to teach you how to do it properly, but not the whole thing
by himself. Post up if you're interested in learning how to do it,
and knocking out our wiring in the process.
