If you would like to join in, let me know by friday night, so I can get the order placed. I’m planning on placing the order for casing and preground pork at 7am on Saturday.
The breakdown is $6 per pound of sausage and casing.
So if you are interested in joining us, lease a message here with your name and how many pounds you want, and then show up with cash money on Sunday.
Depending on who is planning on attending, we can do a few different styles, but my plans are to to do a hunter sausage and a ghost pepper sausage.
