Put bad belt sander in purgatory

When I came in into the space today there was a Chicago Tool belt sander on the table saw marked as "makes bad burny smell and terrible noise after 30 secs. It looked like the opening around the motor shaft bearing had over heated. I took it apart and the motor asembly and fan seemed like it was shot. I put it in purgatory in case someone wants to salvage anything. The motor might be good, and perhaps the rest of the assembly around it failed.
