OK, so what CAN we accomplish in the interim, so that when I come back
into town we can make quick progress on this one?
Also, I believe in some other email string someone mentioned getting
press for the launch: I've already been in contact with Lance from
Channel 9 and they said to let us know when we're going to launch and
they'll probably send a camera crew.

We can start getting the launch box ready. We still need hand warmers.we need the g1 with icarus installed.we need to figure out if we are using the extra batteries and if so how we are going to wire them up.also we do not have a charger for the batteries so if we want to test them we cant recharge them.
OK, so I should be able to find the cameras at my house and bring them
to the Hive tomorrow night. I will also talk to nauseaboy about the
G1.
