I sent an email to the PocketNC company and they responded about a slight discount for makerspaces.

PocketNC has a 5 axis CNC machine that can do some pretty cool stuff. Kind of a small build volume but still interesting.

I’m not sure it is worth the $3,700 but I thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask about a discount.

Pretty neat!
Looks like they recommend Fusion 360 for generating toolpaths? From my understanding that’s a non-trivial task for >4 axis CNC.
