Thought you might want to know about it.
The goal of this initiative is to connect graduates, students and displaced workers with small to medium size software development projects within local companies and non-profits.
I also have the community manager for SourceForge involved as well.

We have already completed 2 projects and have about 9 total.
The Dayton Business Journal did a story on the community that hit the front page last month.
I am getting a lot of very good support from many organizations.
