Just a reminder that there is a Move Planning Meeting tonight from 7:30-8:30PM at our current space. I will not be able to make it, but Dave Schwinn will take the lead to get everyone through the agenda.

I have sent Trello invites to everyone on our Slack, and I have started working on building a week-by-week task list and set of milestones for the move on the “Moving Hive13” board. To access this board, you will need to create a Trello account via the email that you received, but once you have done that this link should work:

For those who have never used Trello, it can be accessed both through web browser or mobile app, but the app is not required. The board will be put up on the projector for discussion, and to show everyone how to add cards/milestones and checklists of tasks to support that within them. We will need each task team to flesh out the checklists well so that anyone who shows up with hands can grab an item and do it (after being taught the necessary skills, of course).
The main purpose of tonight’s meeting will be to review/discuss/edit the schedule and task list for the move, and to ensure the relevant task teams know what we need by next week (primarily lists of materials that will be needed for buildout, as we need to get quotes and place an order for material within the next two weeks).
