This is a thread to get things organized for the Made in Camp event Sat October 12th.
The cleanup is scheduled for the week before (Oct 5th) so I wasn’t going to go into that aspect.
I’d like to work on what we would demonstrate to the masses, food options, etc.
I don’t think we will do alcohol at the event or the afterparty, due to pain in the butt factors, but we can BYOB. Happy to talk more about this.
Feel free to add onto this thread with ideas/suggestions.
Unfortunately I think we NEED to go into that aspect because the attendance at the Saturday cleanups has been kinda abysmal. Let’s get a list of housekeeping tasks up well in advance of the Saturday cleanup and send the friendly message “Please leave the Hive better than you found it”.
