At the next tuesday meeting we will be voting on the budget for the “learn to solder” kits to be used initially at the upcoming mini-maker faire. It was decided last Tuesday that we would be voting on a $750 budget to cover the cost of something in the range of 500 kits.
This is probably way more than we need for this event, but it keeps the costs per board down and these kits would be used at future events as well.
