I was working on the laser cutter today and I went into reporting and notice that a few members are way backlogged on recording their minutes. I would like to remind everybody that it is important to record your minutes in lazer.hive13.org. Even if it is your free minutes you are using. This helps us keep track of bulb life plus the money from purchased minutes not only goes into maintenance of the laser but it also is used to buy advanced equipment for the space. Membership costs are used to pay for rent, electric, internet, as well as improvements such as AC! This is the only tool we ask for small amounts of money to use and it is also our only real revenue source to buy more advanced tools like it.
If you are one of the members that have fallen behind or have become laxed at recording your minutes please take a moment to account for your usage and purchase more minutes if you are behind. The Hive appreciates it!!
