It hasn’t really been a big problem but we may need to setup a calendar for the big items (CNC and big laser) as the membership increases.
I just did some initial reinvestigation: we set up a google calendar for the original laser long ago to reserve time on it - it’s still there along with the those for the Makerbot and Welder.
I’d like to create resources / calendars for the lasers and a couple other devices for use in an informal way - ie, it will allow overlapping events. The idea would be to just try to estimate the time you will need it in the description of your event, and keep other people in mind when you plan your usage.
I’ll test it all out on one of my own domains to start with.
