greetings Hive13!! since we didn’t have a meeting last night, i’ll announce our next Tuesday Talk speaker: Anjali Alm-Basu!! they will be joining us to talk about book binding, zine creation, and to have a good time. join us next Tuesday, July 11th to meet them and to turn a new page with paper.
a bit about Anjali: Anjali (they/them) binds and upcycles books, draws comics, and self-publishes zines. Their personal work tends towards the analog, and the autobiographical. As an artist, their preferred media include: graphite, marker, paint, thread, leather, clay, camera, paper, needle, makeup, and resin. Probably not all at the same time.
