Scanning this board a bit, and knowing it will be a while before we
have walls,

I offer the concept of intermittent meet-ups to get us building, and
learning as we work towards the goal.

So, Round 1.
An intro to photo emulsion screen-printing.
may 30, 2009 doors open at 6, teaching starts at 7. No Cost.

It will be a detailed discussion on the standard photo-emulsion
process
(hard to demonstrate since it takes 24 hours to set a new screen, but
we can show supplies)
And hands on practice, free ink provided, BYOT(shirt)
the following screens will be available to practice with.
( and even if you hate the designs, you can get a feel for how the ink
flows on a scrap piece of cloth. )

Yeah, I should have added it to the calendar…And a tweet might of been nice. Oh well, at Tues. meeting we will be working out communications. Personally I forgot about this event … and it’s a cool event too :confused:

Hopefully they will do the event again.
