The pilot light probably needs lit.
Is that procedure listed somewhere?
Is it easy to do?
Can you get the model number of the heater? I know it is a Reznor.
Some of the info on the web says they have an electronic ignition and some of the older ones have a pilot light.
this one has a pilot light… they could see it through the slits in the case
