So… came into the Hive tonight and found the Gigabot basically out of reach for my mere 5’5" frame… not good… we need to get it down so it can be used effectively.
Also, apparently during the move, the controller was knocked around pretty hard, causing significant damage to it internally… the LCD broke loose from the PCB and was just banging around inside the aluminum box. I had to pull it apart and resolder it back on. The basic design is horrible so it’s a hack job, but it is now back together and working.
The firmware leaves a lot to be desired, so I might wind up upgrading it to Marlin very shortly. (It presents the jobs on the SD card, but actually has no way of starting them!)
