Since we just had elections and relevant people may not have seen this—here is the request to help at books by the banks in October. As far as I know, noone from Hive has replied yet.
I was the main contact for Hive’s involvement last year, but would prefer not to be the main contact this year. It’s at the Duke convention center and involves a lot of books for sale, authors giving talks, and activities for kids/teens. If we do it again we should try to get better advertisement pointing to our room. We can propose which activities we want to bring, although they nixed learn-to-solder last year.
