Enco Mill

The mill is now working at full capacity!

I ordered a replacement return spring from Enco and installed it today.
Now everything seems to be working. We can adjust the return force, right now it is just counterbalancing the weight of the spindle.

I tried to update the wiki but the mill is no longer listed in the “tools” area. Weird.

I’m not sure how to add it to the general tools page (and I’m not sure why it disappeared).

Next steps are to add the X and Y scales that were loaned by another member. Should no be too hard. Just have to make some mounts for the scales and connect them to the DRO.

Agreed, awesome job!

I’ll take a look at what is up with the wiki. Ian Blais has been updating it recently and I think a few things need to be tweaked.

The wiki should be working properly again. We had some plugins broken, which definitely had nothing to do with my upgrades. It was probably goblins. Or solar flares. That’s a thing right? Anyway, I think we can all agree that it was not my fault.

Everything seems to be back to “normal” on the wiki. My updates were even captured.
