This is just a shout-out not to miss tonight’s Hive meeting and exciting guest speaker. Local Xavier prof, author, and webmeister of the The Classic Typewriter Page, Richard Polt will share his passion for the humble typewriter. He will show images of early and odd typewriter inventions, talk about what people are doing with typewriters today, bring a few live machines for people to check out (including one with a USB adaptor) and have copies of his book, in case folks want to look or buy. Members, guests, first-time-walk-ins, and all those interested are welcome to Richard’s talk at Hive13 tonight, Tuesday, March 8, after our 7:30pm business meeting. Find Us
