The officially unofficial Dish washer Certification class is moving to Wednesday!
Those who have attended the Tuesday meetings have heard reports of the Monday dishwasher certification class. It is basically an excuse to hang out, make and eat food, and occasionally do Mad Food Science. Sometimes we even learn cooking or baking… And of course, how to run the dishwasher! 
Today begins the wednsay classes, I will be cooking chicken leg quarters.
