I found a dead mouse with a lacerated abdomen near the laser cutter scrap box. I don't know if it fell victim to a mouse trap or some other demise, but I disposed of it. Possibly related; I found a whole apple minus several bites on the sofa in the rec room. I did some housekeeping just to help avoid more mice & slip & fall accidents.
the apple may have been due to toddler nibbles rather than mouse…
