How late is this going to be going? I was thinking about trying to do an accelerated coq au vin in the instapot but Alice isn’t going to be done with her horse lessons till 3 or so. Dad duties come first… With that timeframe, we’d have ours ready by 530-6 easily, maybe sooner.
