Cooking Pierogis

I am looking for dry curd cottage cheese. Does anybody know where I can find some?

My experiment with “farmer’s cheese” from Meijer came out stringy, which is completely the wrong texture, though most of the rest of it was pretty good, aside from the failed seals.

Stopped at Jungle Jim’s on the way down for game day, they didn’t have what I needed. Even asked the employees. I’ve heard them suggested before in regards to finding this, but I need other ideas.
