What did I find when I became COO? I found that many basic tools were in such short supply that you just couldn’t find them when you needed them. Things such as tape measures, bench brushes, drill bits, utility knives and lots of other basic stuff. Other people helped identify things that we needed. Dave Schwinn said that we needed pencil cups all over the space. What a brilliantly obvious thing! So we now have them. Let me know if I’m still missing anything. Consider it a challenge.
