Connector?

I opened the car scanner the other day and there is a breakout with several pins including JTAG. I want to make a connector for this. However I do not know what those style connectors are called so I can’t order one… does anyone know?

The breakout port is in the upper left (just in case you are wondering)

I’m not sure at all—but is the pitch 3.96mm? Somehow it looks smaller to me.

That price is for 5 pieces.

You can measure the pitch and board thickness, and apply the filters on this Mouser tool:

That looks very close to the pitch of a 5.25" floppy drive. I keep a handful of such cables around for making edge connector → 0.1 x2 row cables. There are some at the hive too.

Good idea. I’ll start with a floppy connector but knowing that it is called a PCB Card Edge Connector is very helpful! I’ll measure it out and order one if the floppy connector doesn’t work. Thanks!
