How can we Help?
Let’s Shape the Future of Creative Making in Cincinnati Together
Hello:
I hope you’re doing well. I’m inviting you to a special meeting on Thursday, November 7th at 10:00 am hosted by the Greater Cincinnati Makers Collaborative (GCMC).
This virtual conversation will focus on strengthening creative maker education in Cincinnati, helping creative makers turn their hobbies into successful businesses, and supporting educators like you who inspire the next generation of makers. Please fill out this form to receive a calendar invitation for the virtual meeting.
We’re excited to hear your ideas and learn how we can better support makers like you!

About the Greater Cincinnati Makers Collaborative
The Greater Cincinnati Makers Collaborative (GCMC) began after a study in 2021 and 2022 by the Urban Manufacturing Alliance (UMA). They found that Cincinnati could benefit from a group that helps makers turn hobbies into businesses. Since October 2023, a small team of local leaders has been working to define GCMC’s mission, vision, and structure.
Our team includes leaders from Hive13, PAR-Projects, Wave Pool Gallery, 1819 Innovation Hub, Sew Valley, Findlay Market, and others. We’re now introducing the GCMC project to groups like yours to get feedback and grow together.
Best regards,
Dave Velzy
