[CHP] [Hive13] Important Meeting Tuesday, July 14th

Everyone,

In addition to our usual business, at this week's meeting we'll be
conducting some important "corporate" business. Specifically, we need
to elect the officers, adopt the bylaws and do some other official
tasks. We need more than half the members to be there for it to be
official.

So, if you can come please do.
