I was playing around with crosswares arm Dev kit over the weekend. It has a nice arm chip simulator where you can load the dumped firmware or the .hex file into a selected chip. Has pin references and stuff too. Not free and not sure how much it would cost. I was only using the 15 day eval version, but it worked fairly well.
