CALL FOR TUESDAY TALKS
hey friends, i have put out a lot of tendrils into the community at large and am struggling to find a speaker for 9/12. while you’re always empowered to reach out to outreach about giving a tuesday talk, i especially encourage it now!!
talks tend to be 30-45min of speaking/15 minutes of Q+A but as long as it fits at an hour or less, it’s welcome. demonstrate how to make a cast of someone’s hand!! lead us in how to make friendship bracelets!! fighting game tournament!! the sky is the limit. if i can’t find a speaker, i will be doing a plarn demo and putting out a call for plastic shopping bags, a great time to cut down on the kroger bags under your sink. post in #outreach on slack or message me if you’re interested!!
