I needed a better oscilloscope for a few days to test the new RFID card reader stuff so I’m borrowing the Rigol DS1052E. I shouldn’t need it past wednesday, but I will reply to this if I do. If anyone else has a pressing need for it at the space I will happily bring it back down.

Would you mind doing a survey of available oscilloscope probes? Last time I checked, the selection of probes was … less than optimal. This would be a nice thing to replace as part of the monthly budget for the electronics area warden perhaps?

Absolutely! Both probes for the rigol scope are at the bench, but one is missing the grabber tip. I’ll see if a replacement can be ordered cheaply or if it is on the ground or something.
