Books by the Banks signup

Folks,

We have volunteered to run a Learn To Solder (LTS) booth at the Books by the Banks book fair Saturday October 26th from 10:00am - 4:00pm.
This is a pretty large book fair with national authors and various talks.
More info:

I’ve created a signup sheet:

I think two shifts would be easier for folks, then you can wander around in your “off” time.
I’ll inventory the LTS equipment and order anything we need.
You don’t need soldering expertise to help with the booth. There are only 4 joints to make and you can learn in 5 minutes. Mostly it is about interacting with the kids and keeping it fun.

Reminder that Books by the Banks is this Saturday from 10:00am-4:00pm!

There are a few more people signed up to help at the Learn to Solder table but we can always use more help.
If you can stop by the Duke Energy Convention Center sometime tomorrow that would be great.
I have to leave around 1:00 so afternoon help would be awesome.

Thanks to everyone that helped at the Books by the Banks event. It went well while I was there.

No child had gotten burned (yet).

Brad

We were burnfree all day long. Yay. Donations totaled $73 plus change.
