I think the UPS (?) on the top of the wall above the soda machine is giving off periodic beeps… Is it the UPS? How does one fix this?

It’s fixed…
The battery pack that failed was probably no more than a few days away from melting down a battery or two. If it starts beeping again, unplug and/or change the battery pack!!! There is now a spare battery pack sitting next to the UPS.
