This might already be a known problem, but when I came in today, in addition to the wood shop leak, there was dirty water on the tables next to the kitchen. It isn't leaking right this moment, but the rain has died down for now.
Yeah, there’s an orange circle painted on the floor showing where the drip from that leak lands. A bucket used to live there. People keep moving the bucket and pushing the tables back into the drip path. I haven’t taken the step of bolting them to the floor yet, persisting under the unrealistic optimism that the property owners will at some point patch the roof.
There may be another Hive13 roofing party in our near future.

Roof is such a over definition for what the Hive has’ , I’d call it more like a semi sheltered Strainer >=)
