I am not sure just how it has happened, but we seem to now only have three butterknives in all the flatware at the Hive.
I find this rather odd, since the most popular and ‘rare’ silverware is usually the spoon. We have lots of spoons, and lots of forks and a nice collection of stabby cutty knives. but we could sure use some plain 'ol butterknives.
So before I go about pricing and requesting a purchase of these, I thought I’d toss out the request to the membership.
If you should somehow have an excess of butterknives, or know of someone desiring to divest themselves of excess flatware. Please, drop it off on the kitchen table at the Hive (perhaps with a note).
