Vote: $500 for electrical parts & maintenance for sanders

We do indeed have multiple people named as Woodshop wardens. However, George does roughly 90% of the work. Not to take up the rest of the evening, but two of the wardens, Doug and Ben, help out occasionally, less so with Doug. When Stephen asked about being a woodshop warden, we asked George, who was pretty much doing things single-handedly. He is still just about doing that.
I can explain better in person.

With 19 Yes, 2 No, and 3 Abstains, this vote has passed, and Kevin has already started the refurb work.

As the vote has closed, so does this thread. But the larger issues raised like wardens, their responsibilities and authority, who decides what tools a shop will accept, what the Hive13 org chart looks like or if there even is such a thing… These are all still big and valid questions. As we continue to grow in membership and resources, we are working through the politics of all of these and more. I look forward to more discussions in person and online.
