Is this the (yes, there is already an update) the “updated” 9.009 version, or the “upgraded” 9.007 version?

I’m not sure, it is whatever was current as of Monday afternoon. Either way, only major version upgrades require special credentials. Anyone can select “Update” from the application menus and get the latest patches.
